I started JM CONNECT because I’ve seen too many businesses with incredible potential held back by messy systems, unclear strategy, or just not enough hands-on support. I’ve also made plenty of mistakes myself along the way, and I know how frustrating it can be when things don’t go according to plan.

Based in Canterbury, New Zealand, I work with businesses across the country to grow, adapt, and succeed — helping them build stronger foundations, streamline processes, and take what they’ve already created to the next level.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide variety of industries — from national broadcast media and construction to funeral services… and everything in between. Through this experience, I’ve learned that while every business is unique, the fundamentals are universal: smart strategies, practical solutions, and strong execution deliver results that matter, no matter the industry.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about my family, aviation, classic Jaguars, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. These passions fuel my creativity, problem-solving, and energy — all of which I bring to the businesses I work with.
